Based on an agreement between CONARE and the DAAD, university lecturers from four Costa Rican universities receive funding to obtain further qualifications in Germany with scholarships for Master's and doctoral degrees.
This programme is implemented by the 'German Aerospace Center' (DLR) and the German Academic Exchange Service (DAAD). DLR is Germany's national research center for aeronautics and space.
